LHBT seeking consultants for Options Appraisal Enhancement

The London Historic Buildings Trust (LHBT) is seeking to appoint a conservation-accredited architect (Lead Consultant) to prepare and co-ordinate an Options Appraisal Enhancement for a pair of Grade II listed buildings in the London Borough of Enfield – the Former Girls’ Charity School and no 24 Church Street, Edmonton. The Lead Consultant will report to the LHBT Project Manager and will be required to nominate a professional team, (Quantity Surveyor and Structural Engineer).

There is a separate Brief for a Business Planner and Community Consultant, though joint submissions are welcomed. The project is scheduled to take 6 months (between April 2020 and October 2020), with a draft report submitted at month 4.

Please contact Project Manager Rosie Shaw for the detailed Project Brief; rosie.shaw@londonhistoricbuildings.org.uk

UPDATE – the deadline for submissions has been extended to 12pm on Monday 6th April, we’re currently considering options for remote interviewing, with dates to be confirmed.

This project has been generously funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Architectural Heritage Fund;
